It is double story with a large garden and swimming pool, ideal for a close knit family with kids.

This is the spot for a family wanting to enjoy Noordhoek on foot. Take a stroll to the beach, or Noordhoek’s beautiful common, enjoy a sundowner on Red Herring’s Beach Bar deck or merely chill at home in the garden with a SA beer, enjoying a Weber braai and the pink evening sky. This is a much loved home.

Bedroom Three (downstairs): Double bed, doors open to garden
