This stunning villa is situated centrally with spectacular views of the mountains, lagoon and bay. It is a short drive to town, shopping centres, the lagoon and Lookout Beach. This holiday home is very well equipped including a solar system that ensures that all the lights, alarm, gate and garage doors, TV, Wi-Fi and most appliances can operate 24/7. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the main living area is spacious and open plan with two lounge areas, two dining areas and a modern kitchen.

Specific House Rules
Please make yourself at home and we ask that you treat our house as you would your home. We have a few
basic house rules, which we ask you to adhere to:
• No smoking inside and if you smoke outdoors, please do not toss your cigarette butts into the garden.
• Please treat the furniture and belongings with respect as you would your own.
• Sorry but no pets are allowed.
• Please feel free to read any of the books in the library. However, we ask that you do not take them away
with you, so that the next guests can enjoy them too.
• If it is raining, we ask that you bring the boma cushions inside or put them in the storage area under the
deck. If possible, please put the cover on the outside table and the firepit.
• There is a drawer in the lounge that contains brochures and information documents for your reference.
• There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house. TCS fibre line.
• Maximum number of guests allowed is 10 (including children and babies). Guests may be required to
vacate the property should the maximum number of guests exceed this. Guests should only sleep on
beds provided unless prior arrangements have been made with Plett Villas and agreed upon by the
owners.
• Please lock and secure the property to avoid theft at all times. Please keep the gate closed when you
are not home. We have an alarm with beams on the outside of the house. Please use it at night.
NB: Tenants staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take due care and attention during
their stay. Our home has unprotected drop off areas and is really not suitable for small children.
