If you are passionate about property and people and VERY organised then Luxury Coastal Escapes might be the answer for you. Throughout the world their are both private and holiday homes that sit empty for large portions of the year, which to us equates to lost income. We have a process that works and allows families and individuals to let us know when they will be away from their homes. We then do the rest, we book the guests, clean the home, make the beds with our fresh linen, ensure the best toiletries are available for the guests stay along with clean towels. We have a 'meet and greet' service for key handover and of course are on call during their stay. If there are no problems then a drop off box is used for keys to be handed back when they leave.

 

It sounds long winded but with a good process in place and 5 star service the whole way, we find it just works and our guests are always happy.
