Location

This home is situated in Noordhoek, one of the many beautiful suburbs making up Cape Town’s South Peninsula. A suburb so blessed with vast open spaces, magnificent beaches and wrap around mountains, that locals are fiercely proud and protective of their charming, rural, seaside village.

 

This special area offers so much to the visitor. It’s the perfect destination for those who appreciate nature and the outdoors. Because Noordhoek is part of a peninsula, it neighbours an abundance of beautiful beaches on two different coastlines. The warm Indian Ocean and the colder Atlantic Ocean merge at Cape Point (www.capepoint.co.za), a mere 20kms away . Noordhoek offers many versatile walks from rocky mountain terrain with breathtaking views, sand dunes with kilometres of shoreline to wetlands with wonderful birdlife.

It is home to many creative, passionate people which is evident in the tangible sense of community and the beautiful properties that adorn the streets.
