on a farm, hard to imagine that our local shopping centre is less than 5 minutes drive away. Its peaceful, safe, and private.

 

The large, high pitched open plan barn opens up onto a big undercover stoep, bringing the outside in and creating the perfect space and flow for entertaining.

The fire pit, pizza oven, bar counter, and tree house from where one can view the sea and watch the sun go down are all testaments to the thought and care that went into this wonderful home, down to the hide covered kitchen chairs and wooden stumps for the coffee table.

NB**** Please note this property shares a large portion of the grounds with the other house. You will see children passing by and perhaps jumping along side your children on the trampoline or playing on the pitch and the neighbours pets may well visit too. This must not deter you from taking full advantage of what the property has to offer. This to me, is half the charm and appeal, a real kiddies paradise!!
