Service Description

Book a home valuation with us. A Luxury Coastal Escapes team member will visit your home to discuss our service in detail, view your home and answer any questions that you might have. Once this is appointment is completed LCE will email you with a suggested nightly rate for 'Peak' and 'Out of Season'. Please note that Luxury Coastal Escapes does not accept all homes for their portfolios and at each valuation we will discuss changes that need to be made to the home in order for the house/apartment to be suitable.
