The Main House features a spacious open-plan living area with lounge, 12-seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen with separate scullery. Sliding doors lead out onto a sea-facing balcony as well as the undercover deck with a built-in BBQ/Braai, outdoor dining table and additional seating arrangements plus sunloungers. The Apartment has a more intimate open-plan living area with lounge, 6-seater dining table and equipped kitchenette, with partial sea and full garden views.

Both the Main House and the Apartment have a wood-burning fireplace in the lounge, for those cozy nights spent indoors, as well as smart TV with full package DStv.

Additional features include wifi, a full solar and inverter system for load shedding as well as an alarm with armed response. There is a guest toilet in the Main House.

Access is via a remote controlled gate making it very secure and private.
