Waters Edge gets its name from being built right by the Sandy Bay Rocks. Walk from the pool onto Sandy Bay Rocks to discover rock pools or tan on the rocks. 3 bedroom semi-detached residential double storey casual beach-house. Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches (blue flag status) in Cape Town. There is no commercial activity which makes this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a 5 minute drive away and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops

2km / 29 minutes walk to Llandudno beach (according to Google Maps) / There is also a fun path to Llandudno beach which is quicker but one needs to move past rocks and duck under tree trunks so not suitable for young children

Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom: victorian bath with shower, toilet, basin

4th bedroom: 1 Single bed with views BUT NB * This is not a bedroom but an area next to tv room with a divider
