Main Living Areas

The home centres around a generous open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with a double Smeg oven, gas hob, and a large eat-at counter—perfect for relaxed gatherings. Filtered water from our Cape Town natural mountain springs. 

 

Kitchen

The kitchen flows into a comfortable lounge with TV and a small fireplace, leading on to an eight-seater dining room positioned in front of a striking double-sided fireplace. From here, the space opens into a movie room and library, which connects effortlessly to an indoor–outdoor living area.

All downstairs living spaces enjoy uninterrupted mountain and sea views.

A guest bathroom and washroom are located off the main living area. Further along the corridor is a guest bedroom with wooden floors, large windows, and sweeping mountain and sea views. This room features a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with shower.

A large veranda extends from the main living area into a fully landscaped garden that leads down to a full-size tennis court. The property also features:
   •    A saltwater swimming pool (no child proof cover)
   •    Fire stove sauna
   •    Vegetable garden
   •    Fully equipped weight and exercise gym

Secure parking is available for two vehicles

ACCOMODATION

Bedroom 1: King size bed, spacious suite with wooden floors, ample storage, and expansive mountain and sea views. The large en suite bathroom features a generous shower and dual basins. This suite opens onto a private office area with panoramic mountain views.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds with en suite shower

Bedroom 3: Double bed with en suite shower 

Bedroom 4: (downstairs) Queen bed and en suite bath with shower

The cottage can be rented as an add on for an additional fee. 

​

Studio Cottage

The property includes a fully self-contained studio cottage, currently operating as a holiday let. With sufficient advance notice, the cottage can be requested as part of the full property rental

 

SERVICES

House: full time maid included in rental for house cleaning and linen change

Outdoors: full time gardener also responsible for the pool and the outdoor set up 

both will work daily (Monday-Friday) from 9am - 4pm

The house has chickens roaming in the garden. ​
