This magnificent home sits on a vast, secluded property in heavenly Hout Bay - a gorgeous, green paradise. The views to the north, south, east and west offer splendid mountain vistas. Nestled amongst the trees and utilising a diversity of rock in its unique build, Boulderwood is in harmony with its natural surrounds, immersed in rocky greenery and birdsong.

 

The accommodation here is plentiful, with the option of two additional bedrooms if you choose to include the cottage - the perfect place for family gatherings. The interiors have been designed with quality and style, with the spoilings of both a wine cellar and bar. The outside entertainment area is one of my favourites - with comfortable couches, a fireplace, a large table and chairs and a gas barbecue, all leading onto a stunning manicured lawn with a heated swimming pool, soccer net, trampoline and endless flat space for the children to play and roam safely. To make this an even sweeter deal, Boulderwood's sunset views are pure magic.

Full time Malawian gentleman who lives on the property and knows the property extremely well! He can cook, drive, and will turn down beds in the evening, close curtains and put on lights.
