Living

The house has a large entrance hall with bubble swings, an open plan kitchen, dining room (with fireplace) and living room with double height ceilings

There is a second cosy lounge with TV and fireplace

Both rooms open onto a patio which has a fireplace and overlooks the lake

Please note that the pool and lake are unfenced. We have a safety cover for the pool. The pool is heated through a system of solar pipes

Garden

There is a trampoline in the garden, a hot tub, bicycles (only for use within the estate), a canoe and a paddle ski

The house has solar power and a newly renovated internal pool courtyard

Upstairs

Bedroom 1: Kind bed with en-suite bathroom 
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, overlooking the lake
Bedroom 3: 1 single, 1 pull out couch, under the eaves

Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom 

All bathrooms have underfloor heating and heated towel rails

Downstairs
Bedroom 4: King bed, en-suite, doors open to the lake ​​​

Bedroom 5: Twin beds, en-suite

Both downstairs bedrooms open up to the garden and the lake and have access to the hot tub
