Perfect for the gathering of family and friends, offering an open plan downstairs area with seamless flow from indoors to out. The large, main bedroom also boasts spectacular sunset views with floor-to-ceiling picture windows creating colorful and romantic evenings for a couple wanting to get away, but if kids are en tow, there's the garden, heated swimming pool, and pizza oven to keep everyone busy....i.e the perfect time away!

Main House:

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms

Bedroom 1: king size bed, extra length. Large main bedroom with an incredible 180-degree view of Kommetjie, Noordhoek beach and Chapman's peak. Ensuite bathroom with shower and bath.

Bedroom 2: double bed with sea views.

Bedroom 3: double bed with mountain views.

Second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Downstairs

Bedroom 4: king size bed, extra length with ensuite bathroom (shower only)

Cottage:

Separate cottage can be requested

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. Bathroom with shower only.
