Beach Retreat is a family home/stand alone villa, 140m / 2 minutes walk to Llandudno Beach. Fully renovated in 2015/16, this 2 storey house is both contemporary and comfortable. There is a large barbeque area with a gate that leads to the walled pool area. Beach Retreat has a large garden with a tree house. It is child friendly and perfect for a family beach holiday. Llandudno lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches (blue flag status) in Cape Town. There is no commercial activity which makes this area very private and exclusive. Camps Bay and Hout Bay are only a 5 minute drive away and offer a large variety of bars, restaurants and shops.

AVAILABILITY

 

High Season: 1 March to 30 April 2017:   -  R 10 000 per night (minimum 7 nights)

 

Low Season: 1 May to 30 Sep 2017   -     R 7 500 per night (minimum 7 nights)

 

High Season: 1 Oct to 14 Dec 2017  -      R 12 500 per night (minimum 7 nights)

 

Peak Season: 15 Dec 2017 to 10 Jan 2018    -       R 18 750 (minimum 14 nights stay - negotiable)
